Thanks for taking the time to stop by and show interest!

I’m a people-person, tech enthusiast, and problem solver—all of which help me in my day-to-day life as a Product Manager.

Currently I work at Bell, a Canadian Telco providing mobility, residential and multimedia services. As a PM, I’m responsible for enhancing the customer experience and self-serve features across 4 consumer mobile applications including, MyBell, Virgin Plus, Lucky Mobile & PC Mobile.

With a background in Engineering, I tend to explain that I have a degree in learning. I don’t shy from the unknown—in fact, I strive in providing clarity when surrounded by ambiguity.

I’m curious like George, and have an appetite for understanding the big picture. My love for design and seeing things end-to-end, gets me deep into UX design and customer journey mapping. I believe that visuals are key to effectively communicate your message, requirements and user experiences.

Above all, I love building relationships and collaborating to achieve our goals.

To pass time, I enjoy doing puzzles, spending time at the cottage, reading self-improvement books, backpacking around the world, and getting lost riding my motorcycle.
